As of tonight, Thursday, I have gone to the gym 0 times this week. I went 3 times the week before. And I went 4 times the week before that.
I have needed this little gem the past several nights. I'm not moving as much so my old bones are creakin'! Seriously, every time I stand up something pops!
I've enlisted my CrossFit family to get my ass to the gym tomorrow. It's deadlift Friday and I'm not gonna lie - lifting with the boys feels pretty good. It's motivating. So I don't have as much difficult waking up. But it's storming here tonight. And my cave is super cozy. And my Papa Bear is super snuggly. See? I've already begun my nightly ritual of talking myself out of going tomorrow am.
I'll get there. Right??
