My little brain has been swirling with blog ideas so I thought, let's get on with it. I've never done this before so put your seat belts on.
My name is Meredith. And I guess you could said I'm exposing myself. I'm coming out of hiding. (Happily married to Oscar.) I need to do something completely different this time and I need to be successful. And I think I can be. I've found motivation and inspiration reading blogs and I think if I've got people reading about me and checking up on me then I might be more successful. It's like when I got married (more about that later) and the David's Bridal chick didn't believe me when I said I would lose weight. I lost 40 lbs. (Geez, so many things to blog about)
So, the plan is 90 days, July 14 - Oct 14, of cleaned up eating. It's not paleo because we won't be 100%. (We = Oscar and I.) It's not primal because we'll more than likely mess up. We're working on changing 34 year old habits here. But we're going to plan and expose and be held accountable for this 90 days as we learn a new way to eat. We're still living our lives, we're just going to find a different path regarding food. We've got to.
My ultimate goal is Baby Ibarra #2. And I'd like to be at least 199 or less when/if/God willing that happens. I'm not willing to go to down the high risk pregnancy road. (Hey, I can blog about that later.) So yes, I weigh 233.4 pounds. Here are pics my husband took last night. Yes, I crossfit. (Hey, I can blog about that later, too!) I have lots of ideas to share...so check back soon!

ReplyDeleteGo Mere-T! You've got this! I just made a deal with Nate a couple days ago that if I can get down to 170 (currently 185) we can start trying for Baby Green #2! So I'm totally with you on this. Hopefully your blog will give me inspiration and hold me accountable! Go you!
